  This site is designed to work best with Internet Explorer (version 5 and higher),
Mozilla (version 1.2 and higher) and Netscape (version 6 and higher).

  To enable JavaScript in your browser follow the instructions below.

  Internet Explorer 5 and higher
  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Click the Internet zone.
  4. Click the Custom Level button.
  5. Scroll down to the Scripting section.
  6. Check the Enable option under Active scripting.
  7. Click OK.
  Mozilla (1.2 and higher) and Netscape (6 and higher)
  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. Expand the Advanced category.
  3. Select Scripts & Plugins.
  4. In the Enable JavaScript section, select the Navigator checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
